What I collect
When you apply, the form collects the answers you give: your name, email, and optionally your phone number and city, plus your goals, training experience, schedule, and the option you are interested in.
Why I collect it
Only to review your application, contact you about it, and prepare for your assessment. Your answers are never sold or shared for marketing.
How it is sent
Your application is emailed to me, and a copy is emailed to you as confirmation. While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your own browser for that session so a refresh doesn't lose them; they are cleared when you submit.
Your choices
You can ask me to update or delete the information you sent at any time. Reply to your confirmation email or message me on Instagram.
